I had saw the code and i find there's only a independent host control in
HttpBase class, but what will be happen when a lots of client come to fetch
the pages from one host? Actually different site url will possibly refer to
the same host. (e.g. a.com -> 2.2.2.2 , b.com -> 2.2.2.2)
