We're just using nutch to do the crawl, we're not using any of its
indexing features. Is there anything that the two linkdb steps do
that we need? Seems like these steps:

generate select
generate partition
fetch
crawldb

Are important, but the two link steps are only interesting for
indexing. Am I missing anything?
